Every Customer with an active subscription can access the billing portal, where you can update your details and subscription.
Once your TrackingDesk account is opened, you will receive an email with your plan details:
- Monthly fee
- Billing cycle dates
The email also contains information on how to setup your billing portal account.
The Billing Portal allows you to manage your subscription
- Update your payment method
- Update your billing details, customer information,
- Upgrade / Downgrade your subscription
- Access and download your invoices
